Rates

• $95 Flat Rate in-shop repair. Covers all labor, no matter how long repair time takes.
• $40 Flat Rate for in-shop estimate. Non-refundable
• $40/hr On-Site. 2 Hour Minimum ($80). Travel time to destination counts for time charged
  (calculated using Google Maps travel time, not actual time).
• $30 Pick & Delivery within 1 hour drive.
  Includes disconnecting & reconnecting equipment (keyboards, mice, printers, internet & other basics).
• Payment Methods Accepted: Cash or Check. Google Checkout accepted for Online Backup subscription fees.
• All Rates current as of the date posted above & are subject to change at any time.
  Rates as of the date of computer service or drop-off will apply.

Policies

• Average 5 - 7 Day Turn Around when computer is brought into shop.
• 30 Day Guarantee on all in-shop & on-site work. Covers work done at the time of service.
• If possible, ensure critical data is backed up before repair. Backup services are available, but we are not responsible for lost data.
• Requested Data Backups kept for 10 days after pickup.
• Shop warranty on parts for 30 days. Manufacturer warranty after 30 days.
• Payment due at pickup or when on-site service is complete.
• Not responsible for systems left after 30 days.
